New Billing System

Due to unforeseen circumstances with our current water billing software, we are migrating to our new state-of-the-art billing system much sooner then anticipated.

Beginning on October 1, when we generate our monthly bills, we will start using the new Billing System which is powered by RuralWater Hub. This state-of-the-art software allows us to combine many systems that we had to use previously into one unified and streamlined system. Your water bills are going to look different then you are used to. On top of moving to a new billing system, your account number has changed and is now a 4-digit account number. We are in the process of mailing letters to each member of Angus Water Supply letting you know of this change and what your new account number is. We still have record of your old account number and will use it when pulling up your history. We are asking that each member please call the office to provide us with an email address if you would like to take advantage of the new e-billing feature that we have. This email address will only be used for the purpose of sending an electronic copy of you bill to you and any other account updates as needed or required by law. We are excited to bring these new features to you and ask your patience and cooperation while this transition is in place much sooner then anticipated.
